Parents As Teachers

Parents As Teachers (PAT) is a nationally affiliated, respected family education and support program that believes that the parent is the child’s first and most important teacher and that all children are born to learn. This is a voluntary and free service open to all children between the ages of birth to 5 residing in Robeson County as is funded by Smart Start.
